این مقاله پیرامون «وضعیت زندگی زنان خبرنگار افغانستان در رسانه‌های دیداری از سال 2019 الی 2023 (جمهوریت و امارت)» تحقیق، نوشته و تهیه شده است.
زنانی که در دیدارهای افغانستان فعالیت کرده اند زنان تابو شکنی بودند که با پذیرفتن رسانه ها سعی در تحقق آزادی بیان و مساعد ساختن فضا برای سایر زنان در جامعه و رسیدن به رویاها و آرزوهای شان، قد علم کردند و روی صحنه آمدند.
در این مقاله داستانهای موفقیت و چالشهای سنگین آنها به تصویر کشیده شده است. زنانی که با وجود تهدیدها، محدودیت‌ها، چالشهای اجتماعی و سنتی، مشکلات اقتصادی و تبعیض روبرو بوده‌اند.
این مقاله به خواننده‌گان کمک خواهد کرد تا داستانهای خبرنگار زنان افغانستان را بخوانند، درک کنند و در نهایت به وضعیت کار در رسانه‌ها برای زنان افغانستان، در پنج سال اخیر، پی ببرند.
در این مقاله با چهار بانوی بر دست‌آورد رسانه‌های مختلف دیداری؛ که هر کدام از تجربه‌های ارزشمند کار رسانه‌ها صحبت می‌کنند و فدراسیون‌های خبرنگاران آزاد از وضعیت کلی برای حضور زنان در رسانه‌های افغانستان به آن اشاره کرده‌اند.

I read your research and At first I am really saddened by the current situation that the Afghan journalist community is facing. In your research, you interviewed with elite journalists and discussed about the state of the media and the challenges that the Afghan media community and journalists have faced in the past few years with the change of government. It is really worth discussing. I especially liked your focus on the role of women and their activities before and after the change of government. Because being women, in every field that women have worked, they have always faced with significant inequalities and discrimination, which has been a major obstacle in their way. I hope that more discussions and work will be done on this.
As we know, currently more than 80 percent of journalists, especially women, have lost their jobs and there are many restrictions and censorship in the Afghan media and journalists do not have access to information. I wanted to know more about whether you have talked to the responsible institutions and media outlets to deal with the current challenges that the media and journalists are facing? Are you looking for a solution? Given the current situation, the light of freedom of speech is gradually going out and it is necessary to work to counter and keep the voice of the media alive. If you were written information about these issues in your research, it would be very useful for me and the readers who are interested in the media and journalism, and we would know how to fight this great challenge.
